The VB 42 Class 3+ NA pushbutton impresses with its new look and its further enhanced capabilities when it comes to vandalism resistance.
With the Class 3+, SCHAEFER has set itself the task of offering a pushbutton that can withstand twice the impact force required by the strictest vandalism standard EN 81‑71 Class 2. The VB 42 Class 3+ NA also complies with protection class IP 65.
The reinforced VB 42 Class 3+ NA requires the same cutout as the VB 42 NA (EN 81‑71 Class 2) and the entire RT 42 pushbutton series. This means that pushbuttons can be upgraded according to local requirements. The LED colors hyper red, blue, green, amber and white are available for acknowledgement. The VD 42 Class 3+ NA indicator is also available to match the more modern appearance with flattened rim and improved acknowledgement.
